Strength & Confidence
1st February 2010Featured, Images, Reflections3 CommentsThe signs of strength and confidence in the winter landscape remind me of my own inner strength. They serve as a model of my inner resolve when the cold makes me dream of hibernation. If the grass can stand tall and poke through the snow, so can I!
The freezing earth calmly lifts the stones in my walkway, while thawing and freezing ice flows heave blocks of snow.

Dearest Martha,
What a beautiful story about your patient at the VA hospital. So many of us experience pain, yet chronic pain would clearly make us into someone we don’t want to be. The safety you provide is immeasurable…the world needs to find a way to offer healing yoga to veterans and others in distress. Thank you for the important work you do.
Blessings,
Pam

Lyndajean,
You are valiant to keep trying to navigate this site! Blogging is new form of communicating for me as well, but it gets easier with practice. Look in the recent comments box to see where I have written. You wrote me under “Chronic Pain”, so I answered you there.
See you next Thursday at “Smiling Yoga”. I’ll call you next week to confirm.
